Carry out the Works as further described and as shown on the Drawings accompanying the Specification. The contract works will be split into two stages.

Stage 1: all contract works associated with the refurbishment of the Administration Building A including placement of DET supplied furniture.
Stage 2: all contract works associated with the refurbishment of the Staff Facilities Building B including placement of all supplied DET furniture.
Access to Stage 2 works will not be provided untill the whole of Stage 1 works are completed and occupied by the School.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Fitout and Refurbishment between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
