Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

Obtaining the Documents:
Invited tenderers who are first time visitors to this web site who wish to download documents will need to self-register on this web site to gain access to any documents.
The invited tenderers may lodge completed tenders as allowed in the RFT documents - they may be lodged electronically via this web page.
As the tenderer you must be a registered user in this system. Click on the blue "LODGE A RESPONSE" link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Optimum size of lodgement files is less than 7MB, and if your tender is larger in total it should be broken down into smaller files, and uploaded in separate identified lodgements. The required response documents should not be bundled with supporting documentation. Note also that during the period 11pm to 3am system maintenance is carried out and successful lodgment may not be achieved.

To be able to open and read/view the downloaded files for this RFT you may require certain software to be installed on your PC:
