Design Services for preparation of tender documentation to deliver the NSW DPI Administration Office through the Design Development and Construction (DD&C) method and Laboratory Building, Post Harvest Shed, Controlled Environment Room Shed (CERs) delivered through the Documented Design (Construct Only) method and Greenhouse/ Shadehouse Complex delivered through the Design and Construct method, requiring documentation compliant with the relevant standards and based upon the performance specification prepared by NSW DPI's scientists.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Consultant - Architectural General between the amounts of $30,001 and $150,000.
The invited companies have been issued with hard copies of the tender documents
Tender responses from the above pre registered tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.
