The works to be performed for this contract includes (but not limited to) the upgrade of the student toilet facilities in Block D and E as described below:-
Milestone 1 Block D - Girls Toilet DR0002 and Boys Toilet DR0003 The full upgrade and refurbishment of the existing toilet facilities to current DET, includes floor tiling throughout, some wall tiling, new sanitary fixtures, new terrazzo partitions and cubicle doors, replacement of taps and bubblers, painting, new louvre mesh grilles to windows and other minor miscellaneous works.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
