The work under the contract includes the proposed refurbishment works associated with the Demolition to the extent shown on the contract drawing A-02. Safe removal and disposal of existing ceiling insulation which is deemed as Hazardous Substance. Roof top mechanical exhausts and the provision of a safe roof access system. Concealment of Hydraulic services within the existing ceiling space of the ground floor workshop area. New aluminium windows and doors as scheduled on drawing A-09 and further detailed through out the contract drawings.
