The work under the contract includes The removal of furniture and fittings, as identified in the contract documents, from two science laboratories and a preparation room, including lecture dais. Remove an internal brick wall and door and make good floor, walls and ceiling. Remove selected windows and brick up openings. Remove existing services from redundant locations and provide and install new services to new locations.
The work under the contract includes The removal of furniture and fittings, as identified in the contract documents, from two science laboratories and a preparation room, including lecture dais. Remove an internal brick wall and door and make good floor, walls and ceiling. Remove selected windows and brick up openings. Remove existing services from redundant locations and provide and install new services to new locations.
Upgrade electrical, security and data/communication services where shown in the contract documents. Provide and lay floor coverings. Supply/take possession of furniture and fixtures and install where shown in the contract documents and, where required, connect to services.
Paint designated surfaces. On completion leave work site clean and submit guarantees and warranties.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
