Construct a brick and reinforced concrete ramp and landings to provide disabled access to a single storey classroom building. Ramp to have hot dipped galvanised steel balustrade and handrails.

Raise existing concrete verandah floor level by approximately 75 millimetres using reinforced concrete (approximately 30 m2 floor area). Provide reinforced concrete ramp section (approximately 7.5 m2) to provide disabled access to raised floor area. Install hot dipped galvanised handrails to ramped section only.

Remove existing steel grates to box drains (approximately 24 metres) and install galvanised steel grates compliant with AS1428 for wheel chair access.

Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $50,001 and $100,000
