External works require pointing up brickwork, ease and adjusting doors and windows, mitigating ingress of damp and water, clearing and installing subsoil-drainage. Internal works require plasterboard and render repairs that are cracked, repainting affected areas. Bathrooms require sealing up vanities and grout.
