EXISTING TOILET MODIFICATION ROOM HR0002
Remove items from existing toilet and install partitions and hardware to comply with AS1428. Make good to all disturbed areas.
NEW ENTRY DOOR, RAMP AND AWNING TO HR0007
Remove existing window unit as required to allow installation of new entry door and jamb.
Supply and install new fully welded and hot dipped galvanised handrails and balustrade system.
Supply and install a new tallowwood threshold below doorjamb, finishing flush with inside flooring and floor coverings.
BITUMEN PATH TO LIBRARY
Excavate to depth required and remove all tree roots and obstruction required to allow paving installation.
Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
