Milestone 1 of the contract is the Block H Girls & Boys Toilets are to be refurbished concurrently with Milestone 2 including new floor tiles, sanitary fixtures, CFC cubicle partitions, painting and other miscellaneous work.
Milestone 2 of the contract is the Block F Boys & Girls toilets and Block F proposed store are to be refurbished concurrently with Milestone 1 including demolition, painting, provisions of a new storeroom and other miscellaneous work.
Milestone 3 of the contract is provision of work as executed drawings and operation/maintenance manuals.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001and $250,000
