The scope of works includes the construction of a new access toilet / shower facility within school adjacent to Block A The structure is to be constructed over and existing car parking bay to minimise the impact on school parking which is at a premium. The construction is of a suspended reinforced concrete slab with timber stud wall framing and fibre cement wall cladding with aluminium windows. All works are to comply with AS1428.
