The new toilet/shower is a full brick on concrete raft slab construction with a colourbond metal pan roof and eaves gutter and stormwater system, which is connected to the existing stormwater lines.
The interior has tiled floors wall tiles for the full height of the walls and all tiling grouted using a 2 part epoxy system.
A shower is provided within the new toilet area with shower curtain and thermostatically controlled hot water to the shower and basin.
All grab rails, joinery and access PC items are provided within the new facility.
The lighting is infra-red sensor controlled and an exhaust fan and heater are also installed.
