Provide a free standing accessible bathroom in the garden area on the eastern side of the block to accommodate a shower, toilet suite, hand basin, ceiling hoist and wall mounted change table.

Provide a concrete footpath with covered way over to link from the existing footpath and covered way structure to the entry door of the bathroom.

Provision of threshold ramps to external door of Block G & Block K.

Block K, Room No KR0006 Provision of one (1) stage lift to access stage in Hall.

Supply & install stage lift similar to Terry lift to nominated location, complete with all necessary rails, fittings and fixtures as per the manufacturers recommended method for installation.

Adjacent Block G - Disabled Parking Space Provision of new disabled parking bay to Main car park.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
