The works to be performed for this contract includes (but not limited to) the full upgrade of the student toilet facilities in Block C as described below:-

Milestone 1
Disused Toilet - Room CR0001 Overhaul and minor repairs to existing fixtures for student to temporarily use whilst to enable the main portion of the works in Milestone 2 to be carried out.

Milestone 2
Boys Toilet - Room CR0003 The full upgrade and refurbishment of the existing toilet facilities to current DET standards and includes new urinal stalls and cisterns, floor tiles, sanitary fixtures, terrazzo cubicle partitions, painting, skykights and other miscellaneous work.

Milestone 3
Disused Toilet - Room CR0001 Milestone 3 of the contract is the complete strip out of the re-commission section of the toilets which are excessive to the number of sanitary fixtures required for the school and will be used as store rooms at the completion of the strip-out.

Milestone 4
Provision and submission of work as executed drawings and operation & maintenance manuals.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
