The works to be performed for this contract includes (but not limited to) the full upgrade of the student toilet facilities and partial refurbishment of the washroom facilities in Block H, as described below:-

Block H - Girls Toilet HR0004 and Boys Toilet HR0002.
The full upgrade and refurbishment of the existing toilet facilities to current DET, includes floor and wall tiling throughout, new sanitary fixtures, new cubicle doors, new pre-painted factory finished fibre cement partitions and cubicle doors in the toilets, new galvanised gates, painting and other minor miscellaneous works.

Washroom Refurbishment Works.
Boys - Room HR0001 Partial refurbishment, replacing taps, replacing lattice, renewing the floor tiles, new galvanised gates and painting throughout.
Girls - Room HR0006 Partial refurbishment, replacing taps, replacing lattice, renewing the floor tiles, new galvanised gates and painting throughout.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
