The works to Block A rooms AR0049, AR0027 and AR0050 Remove all existing fittings and fixtures. Remove all ductwork and ventilation systems. Cap off all redundant services. Provide new roof sheeting over penetrations left after ventilation system removal. Lay new waterproof membrane to total area. Reline all walls with 6 mm compressed fibre sheeting. Supply and install new vinyl floor to all areas. Supply and install new laminated toilet partitions to existing walls and openings of the wheel chair toilet. Supply and install new structural beams in the roof space, suitable for mounting of new ceiling hoist. Supply and install new ceiling mounted hoist. Supply and install new suspended ceiling to AR0049, AR0027 and AR0050. Supply and install all new fixtures and fittings as nominated in specifications and drawings Prepare and paint in three coat system all normally painted surfaces.
