This engagement requires the provision of professional Quantity Surveying services in support of the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care’s (DADHC) Project Director: Large Residential Centres (LRC) Strategic Alignment Program.  This program focuses on DADHC’s LRCs at Rydalmere and Marsden in Western Sydney, and at Stockton in the Newcastle area.  In general terms, the Quantity Surveyor will provide costings and related advice in respect of a number of current initiatives comprising the Program, including:

·          An Asset Performance Audit Review;

·          A Service Delivery Model Review;

·          A Development Options Review.

The Quantity Surveyor will interact and liaise with other consultants engaged for the LRC Strategic Alignment Program, and will prepare and finalise cost reporting in coordination with the Project Director.
