This engagement requires the provision of professional Architectural (Master Planning) services in support of the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care’s (DADHC) Project Director: Large Residential Centres (LRC) Strategic Alignment Program. This program focuses on DADHC’s LRCs at Rydalmere and Marsden in Western Sydney, and at Stockton in the Newcastle area, the program encompassing a number of initiatives, including:
· An Asset Performance Audit Review;
· A Service Delivery Model Review;
· A Development Options Review.
In general terms, the consultant will provide Master Planning and related advice to the Project Director and will interact and liaise with other consultants engaged for the LRC Strategic Alignment Program. The consultant will provide input to the preparation of a final report by the Project Director.
