The design intent, the design details and finishes, building envelope and architectural expression as described in the Principal’s Documents are not to be changed unless there is a conflict with the BCA, in which case, comply with the BCA.

Provision of electrical, communication and security services to:

· New Homebase Block comprising 7 Homebases with associated Practical Activities Areas, Stores and Withdrawals over the existing footprint of the fire-damaged Block D and associated works.

· Works on the site, to and within other buildings necessary for the completion of the electrical, communication and security services.

· Temporary connections and out-of-hours work as necessary to ensure services are maintained to the buildings that the school uses during the works.

· Making safe, disconnection and removal of existing electrical, security and communication services in buildings to be demolished/removed/relocated.

The structural elements shown on the Principal’s Documents illustrate the architectural expression for the development. e.g. steel columns, steel fascia angles and so forth which are to be maintained. Determine the final selection of the concealed structure and structural sizes of

the expressed structural system. The design intent, the design details and finishes, building envelope and architectural expression as described in the Principal’s Documents are not to be changed, except where the design does not comply with building regulations and / or current design standards.
