Remove approximately 900m² of cracked and trip hazard concrete and concrete sports court also garden beds encompassed by Block A, G, F and E. Remove approximately 35m² metres concrete between Blocks D and E. Renew all existing stormwater lines with new 90mm PVC stormwater pipe in this area.

 

To South East corner of Block E remove existing pit from site and replace with a new larger 1.00metre x 1.00 metre x 1.00 metre deep pit with a grate. To the South of Block E cut concrete at top of steps for a 300mm wide x 355mm deep in-situ grated drain. To the south of the concrete playground dig a trench 600mm deep and 200mm wide fill with concrete as a root barrier approximate distance is 45 metres.

 

Pave with ready mixed coloured concrete incorporating a synthetic colouring agent in controlled quantities for the whole thickness of the slab.

 

On completion of concreting line mark 2 half basketball courts in the location as that of existing.
