Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Fitout and Refurbishment between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
The Selected Tenderers are:
Tender responses from the above pre registered tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.
Existing Block DT is currently unoccupied and was previously used as a College Library.
Block DT is to be refurbished internally to enable the enhanced teaching of Nursing.
The refurbishment consists generally of the following
Minor internal demolition and strip out. New suspended ceilings. New internal plasterboard walls.
New floor coverings. Painting throughout. Revised Mechanical services. Revised Electrical services.
New Hydraulic services. New joinery and storage.
Various items of teaching equipment to be supplied by TAFE (See schedules).
