The scope of works for Stage 1 consists of:
Demolition
Strip out ceilings and carpet to tenancy, foyer and corridors.
Strip out services (Mechanical Plant to remain).
Fitout
Site establishment.
Installation of Principal supplied carpet tiles throughout
Installation of new T-Bar ceiling , lights, exit & emergency lights, smoke detectors, A/C diffusers and filters to tenancy, foyer and corridors.
Installation of new foyer glass walls with film.
Installation of new foyer glass sliding /single leaf combination doors and new single glass corridor door.
