NOTE - This is Selective tender.

The work under the contract generally includes the following:  Existing Block S ground floor area is currently used by TAFE as an Automotive Teaching Trades Workshop.

The ground floor of Block S is to be refurbished to the extent shown of Gran Australia Architects drawings A02 & A03.

The proposed new grinding room and associated services are to be excluded from the lump sum Tender (See Tender form T2). TAFE will disconnect and relocate various items of existing TAFE machinery and equipment as per notes on drawing A02 & A03.

The refurbishment consist generally of the following:

Demolition of existing welding bays and associated Mechanical & Electrical Services.

Supply and installation of new Welding Bays inclusive of new Mechanical, Hydraulics and Electrical services. Re connection of relocated TAFE equipment.

Construction of a new low level partition wall between the exiting workshop and the welding area. Various services relocations and new works.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
