Tender Details

Transport for NSW invites suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Invitation to Tender process to undertake the Independent Certifier role for the Sydney Light Rail Project.

Organisations will be experienced generally in certification, design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning, in particular, for works similar to the Sydney Light Rail.

Tender documents will be made available only upon request. Organisations may request the tender documents by completing the Confidentiality Deed Poll and Confidentiality Undertaking and submitting (via email) to the Contact Officer. Upon receipt of the completed Confidentiality Deed Poll and Confidentiality Undertaking TfNSW may, in its discretion, release the tender documents.

Electronic lodgement only - no password protection. Tenderers must submit their response as two separate files. The first file is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules".

Conditions for Participation

The Tenderer must be able to demonstrate as a minimum:

  • capability, experience and a track record in successfully undertaking the role of Independent Certifier on a major transport construction project with a value greater than A$500 million in the last 10 years; and
  • skills and experience in successfully providing multi-disciplinary engineering services in a road and/or rail environment with a project value greater than A$500 million in the last 5 years.
