Tender Details
This ITT by the Motor Accident Authority seeks the engagement of an insurer to provide compulsory third party insurance coverage for conditional registration and unregistered vehicle permits issued by the RTA.
The insurer will be engaged by way of a tripartite agreement between the MAA and the RTA. It is envisaged the agreement will be for a period of 2 years, commencing 1 July 2009, with an option of a further 2 years by agreement between all parties.

Conditions for Participation
Tenderers must only be corporations licensed under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 of New South Wales to issue policies of compulsory third party insurance.
