The work under the contract generally includes the following:
Demolition of existing welding bays and associated rooms as detailed on drawing TDA01.
Relocation of various items of TAFE equipment as detailed on drawing TDA01
Disconnection and termination of existing Electrical services.
Supply and installation of a new Main Electrical Switchboard.
Revised electrical lighting.
Disconnection and reconnection of revised Industrial Gases
Disconnection and installation of revised mechanical ductwork.
Various services relocations and reconnections.
Provision of a new sound proof grinding room including dust extraction.
Flooring repairs including sanding and painting.
General painting works.
Supply and placement of new welding benches.
Supply and installation of new custom built welding bays.
