The Project Services Branch at the Department of Commerce has been engaged by the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) to undertake the upgrade and modification of the existing group home at 25 Chelmsford Avenue Croydon to a 5 bed respite group home. The work includes internal modifications, demolition of the rear veranda and laundry and the construction of a new extension.
