This engagement is for the preparation of design and tender documentation for construct only trade packages for construction management.

The Consultancy is to include the services of a Primary Architectural Consultant and is the provision and co-ordination of all necessary Sub-Consultants for the following works;

Kingswood High School - New Metals workshop

Blaxland High School - Refurbish metals workshop

Cranebrrok High School - Refurbish metals workshop

Glenmore Park High School - Refurbish and extend metals workshop

Jamison High School - Refurbish metals workshop

Nepean High School - Refurbish metals worshop

Cambridge Park High School - Refurbish metals workshop
