The Development of Residential Community Homes at Lot 315 and 316 Fig Close Wadalba for NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care

NOTE - This is a Invited tender

Design, Develop and Construct four, 5 bedroom brick veneer group homes of single storey lightweight domestic construction at Wadalba Village for the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care.

The houses have generally been designed with concrete slabs on ground. The project also includes provision of new site paths and the provision of a new and reticulation of services throughout and rerouting of existing services such as stormwater and data.

A Non-Mandatory site meeting with the tenderers will be by arranged by the Contact Officer.
