The Development of Aged Care Residential Community Homes at 614 - 624 Pacific Highway Hamlyn Terrace for NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.

Design, Develop and Construct ten, 10 bedroom brick veneer aged care residential community homes of single storey lightweight domestic construction supported by service nodes, administration and community gathering spaces, landscaping, civil works including associated services at Hamlyn Terrace for the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care.
The houses have generally been designed with concrete slabs on ground. The project also includes provision of new site paths and the provision of a new and reticulation of services throughout and rerouting of existing services such as stormwater and data.
A Non-Mandatory site meeting with the tenderers will be by arranged by the Contact Officer.
