Refurbishment of the Ground Floor Classrooms from GLS’s to Special Education GLSs with associated wet and dry practical activity areas.   Also part of the refurbishment is the demolition of existing store to accommodate a new interview room and storage area (Refer to Tender Docs).  New special education toilets, showers and change rooms incorporated into the new refurbishment north east of the floor (Refer to Tender Docs).  A heated floor is required for one of the GLSs to accommodate the needs of the students (Refer to Tender Docs).
