The proposed Self Contained Unit will be constructed at the rear of the existing residence. The proposed self contained unit is to accommodate clients with behavioural and physical disability.
The self contained unit is approximately a 58sqm dwelling which consists of a raft slab, it’s a double brick construction, rendered on both sides, and has a 11 degree pitch colour bond roof. It will also consists of disabled ramps for access and cover walkway from the existing carport to the existing residence.
