NOTE - This is Selective tender.

 

Install new bollards in areas noted in documents.

Remove part of existing pavement between Block B and Block E. Remove existing handrails. Trim arch of existing walkway to achieve minimum clearance above the new ramp. Construct new access ramp, including new steel handrails.

 

Remove existing science bench in room DR0011 and temporarily cap existing services. Provide and install a new adjustable height science bench, relocating services to suit. Reconnect services.

 

Remove part of existing kitchen benches in room BR0001, setting aside cupboards for re-use, and temporarily cap existing services. Adjust removed cupboards. Provide new adjustable height kitchen bench, relocating services to suit. Reinstall adjusted cupboards and reconnect services.

 

Remove doors and frames, demolish brick walls and part of ceiling as indicated on drawings. Construct new brick walls to match existing, adjust ceiling structure to suit new layout. Relocate stage switches. Install new terry lift, making necessary modifications to existing wall and floor.

 

 

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
