This research will examine official and unofficial collection, dissemination and use of sports data by domestic and foreign WSPs and its direct and indirect impact on the regulated Australian wagering environment in terms of market loss and regulator enforcement; the impact on effectively implementing consumer protection measures; and the impact on sport integrity specifically in relation to the inducement of match-fixing.
