This document is a Request For Information (RFI) to enable an efficient delivery model and specification to be built for a new Clinical, Cytotoxic and Anatomical Waste Services contract to NSW Health and related entities, and other Eligible Customers.

The State Contracts Control Board (‘the Board”) is responsible for the conduct of the RFI process assisted by Health Support Services – Business Procurement Services.

The RFI is a self contained process designed to obtain information about the best model for the supply and distribution of the deliverables. The information collected as a part of this RFI will be used in a future procurement process. Accordingly, in providing the information requested by this RFI, you are taken to consent to the use of the information in any such future tender process.

The Clinical, Cytotoxic and Anatomical Waste Services includes three types of waste:

• Clinical Waste (Yellow Bins)
• Cytotoxic Waste (Purple Bins)
• Anatomical Waste/Body Parts (Burgundy Bins)

Invitation To Respond - This is not a tender. The system is being used for invitation for public response to information published on, or accessible through, this website. Examples would include EIS, discussion papers, requests for information, registrations for position appointments, etc.
