Preparation and painting of walls all communal areas, tiling to kitchens. Painting of backboard to handrail to match walls. Relocation of all artworks to appropriate heights.

Supply and fit of new floor finishes to Living, Dining, Kitchen and Corridor spaces.

6 Joinery

New partition screens to living areas, built-in bookshelving to living areas. New sliding doors to terrace.

7 Electrical

Services To new kitchen areas.

8 Mechanical Services

Review of existing services only.

9 Plumbing

To new kitchen areas, relocation of sink.

10 Prime Cost & Provisional Sums

Includes appliances, fixtures and fittings in the Kitchen and furniture

11 Miscellaneous

Items not included elsewhere.
