Ceiling and wall painting, tiling to WC and splashbacks.

5 Floor Finishes

Carpet and vinyl to common areas

6 Joinery

New kitchen cabinetry and shelving.

7 Plumbing

Kitchen connections and reconfiguration of Communal WC

8 Furniture

To common areas

9 Landscaping

New hedging and soft landscaping to define the boundary between garden areas.

10 Prime Cost & Provisional Sums

Includes appliances, fixtures and fittings in kitchens.
