Refer to the attached drawings of the proposed work. A preliminary scope of work and trade schedule for tender returns is shown in the table below.

2 Demolition and make good
Downtaking of partitions as indicated on the plan, and making good. Removal of office and lowering ceiling. Formation of new doorways. Removal of commercial equipment from commercial kitchen and capping off.
3 Construction
Construction of non-loadbearing partitions.
4 Painting and decorating
Preparation and painting of walls and ceilings. Tiling to Kitchen splashback areas, and in communal toilet.
5 Floor Finishes
Supply and fit of new vinyl and carpet.
6 Joinery
Installation of new kitchens,
7 Electrical Services
Connection of new appliances in the Kitchen.
8 Mechanical Services
Review of existing services only.
9 Plumbing
Connection of sinks in the kitchen, and sanitaryware in the communal toilet.
10 Prime Cost & Provisional Sums
Includes appliances, fixtures and fittings in the Kitchen and furniture
11 Miscellaneous
Items not included elsewhere.
