Tender Details

NSW Health is seeking up to six (6) Aboriginal and CALD non-government organisations (NGOs) with the demonstrated skills, experience and capabilities to develop and implement a service that improves the lives of Aboriginal or CALD carers and has the potential to further target female Aboriginal or CALD carers, within the scope of the project.

Under Priority for Action 2 in the NSW Carers Action Plan 2007 - 2012 (Hidden carers are identified and supported), NSW Health has committed to expand recurrent statewide NGO carer grants to a total of $1.275M, including specific Aboriginal and CALD initiatives worth $476K. In addition, one-off funding of $210k is available under the Women’s Health Program.
