HealthShare NSW Food Services operates an ISO22000 Quality Management System to manage and demonstrate compliance with Food Safety, Food Quality and Quality Management standards at its sites across NSW.
Additionally, the NSW Food Authority requires that all of HealthShare NSW Food Service sites comply with National Food Standard 3.3.1 –Food Safety Programs for Food Service to Vulnerable Persons, and the Food Safety Schemes Manual requirements.
As part of its ongoing compliance to these standards, HealthShare NSW Food Services undertakes a consistent and high quality state-wide microbiological testing program. The Tender is for the provision of Microbiological Testing for these Food Services
