The intent of the specification is to upgrade the heating, cooling within the existing Building. All
heating and cooling is to be provided to rooms and areas identified within the tender documents.
The building is of single storey construction and consists of Eighteen (18) off single / double
Bedrooms, Lounge / Dining Rooms, Offices & Amenities Areas.
