NSW Health / Provision of Prosthetics / Interim Artificial Limbs and Associated Services for EnableNSW (Metropolitan Area Health Services only) - HSS/HC-09-ALS1002

The purchasing and distribution of the following Deliverables are covered under the proposed Agreement:

The scope of this tender is only to address lower limb prostheses and is not valid for upper limbs (see definitions in Part B).

Within the scope of this tender EnableNSW, Health Support Services and NSW Health are seeking tender submissions to form an approved panel of contracted suppliers for the provision of the Mechanical Interim Limb Service up to a capped fixed price to the clinic(s)/facility within each of the four Metropolitan Sydney Area Health Services: 

·         Sydney West Area Health Service

·         Sydney South West Area Health Service

·         South Eastern Sydney Illawarra Area Health Service

·         Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service

A detailed description of the Deliverables is described in the Statement of Requirements (RFT, Part F).

Additional items related to the deliverables sought, may be tendered in the format required by Clause 3.1 (Price Schedule) of Part C and Part C2 (Price Schedule).

NSW Health is seeking with this tendering exercise to maximise its possibilities for contracting with appropriate suppliers for the package of interim care.
