NSW Health / Fire System Maintenance and Compliance Reporting - GS001_2009

TENDER FOR: Fire System Maintenance and compliance reporting including:

1. Fire Alarm and Detection Systems.
2. Early Warning and Intercommunication Systems (EWIS).
3. Occupant Warning Systems
4. Automatic Smoke & Fire discharge systems.
5. Emergency and exit lighting.
6. Fire and Smoke door inspections (including failsafe & hold open devices).
7. Mechanical shutdown systems.
8. Fire Hydrants, Boosters and Pump sets.
9. Sprinkler Systems.
10. Provision of Annual inspection & testing confirmation.
11. Site reports inclusive of defects, faults and/or recommendations.
12. Annual report for each site certifying work completed.
13. Automatic Fail Safe Devices on automatic doors.

The main focus of this contract is on the provision of preventative maintenance service, however situation may arise that require routine and emergency corrective actions. Additional works undertaken shall be on a quotation for service basis and at the discretion of GSAHS.

The Greater Southern Area Health Service (GSAHS) is a large rural health provider that has many facilities located across Southern NSW. Principally these facilities are hospitals and many have complex fire safety measures and systems. This contract will cover all contracted maintenance for fire safety systems and measures for GSAHS. (Excluding first aid fire fighting appliances)
