Tender Details
The Asset Register Development (ARD) Project is being rolled-out across NSW Health, forming a key deliverable in updating the consolidated data set of asset information across the NSW Health Entities.
The project involves creation and validation of location and asset registers, development and ‘polylining’ CAD plans, uploading those registers and plans in the NSW Health Asset and Facilities Management application (AFM Online) and tagging of spaces and assets. The ARD deliverables will be determined by the Health Entities, who will directly engage with the Service Providers on the list.
Health Infrastructure and the Health Entities will work together in establishing a Health Entity local project team, developing the project plan and schedule, managing the execution of the ARD Project, providing on-going project governance support, and capturing project benefits.
To be successful, Health Entities require services of suitably qualified and experienced Services Providers to assist in developing various aspects of the Project Deliverables, in line with AFM Online data information requirements. The purpose of the list is to ensure availability of Service Providers with the appropriate technical and managerial expertise and capabilities, availability at specific NSW Health locations including regional areas, financial capacity and proven past performance to effectively undertake day to day activities of individual Health Entity engagements.
