Tender Details
This RFT sets out the requirements for the provision of a general maintenance and 24hr/7 day emergency service for breakdowns and repairs to the units, buildings and grounds of the Westmead Residential Accommodation Complex, Sydney West Area Health Service (SWAHS).
The 6.2 hectare Westmead Residential Accommodation Complex is situated at Westmead Complex Darcy Road, Westmead and is comprised of:
44 x 1 Bedroom Units, 44 x 2 Bedroom Units, 101 x 4 Bedroom Units, 1 x 6 Bedroom Cottage, playground, tennis courts, swimming pool and BBQ area.
