Tender Details

In some cases, NSW Health districts' in- house transcriptionists will transcribe dictated work from the Service Provider's integrated software solution up to the capacity of their workforce at any given time. The remainder of the dictated work is the “overflow” to be transcribed by the Service Provider. The "overflow” is a significant proportion of the Eligible Customers’ workload, however it cannot be definitively itemised and will vary depending on workforce and solution variations.

• The Service Providers on the panel will be expected to adhere to the strict NSW Privacy Legislation i.e. the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIP Act) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (HRIP Act) for the entire contract period and beyond. All Service Providers on the panel will be asked to execute a privacy agreement in advance of providing any services.
