Tender Details

The AIDS/Infectious Diseases Branch of the NSW Department of Health is seeking tenders from consultants with demonstrated skills, experience and capabilities to conduct an evaluation of the strategic frameworks for the NSW public health responses to HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmissible Infections (STIs) and hepatitis C; and a supporting Implementation Plan for Aboriginal People. The aim of the project is to:

1.     Evaluate the impact and outcomes of the strategic frameworks that have been in place to guide the NSW public health responses to HIV/AIDS, STIs and Hepatitis C; and the supporting Implementation Plan for Aboriginal People;

2.     Assess the outcomes achieved against the Strategies;

3.     Consider the extent to which the strategies have been implemented, the quality of implementation initiatives and the extent to which objectives have been met and their cost effectiveness; and

4.     Identify and make recommendations to strengthen the response frameworks for HIV/AIDS, STIs and hepatitis C, enhance the effectiveness of the Program and refine the alignment of resources with current and emerging priorities.
