Tender Details
The successful tenderer will be required to establish baseline data regarding the current satisfaction levels of the key NSW ACAT stakeholder groups and the current levels of understanding, of each group, regarding the role and responsibilities of ACAT. They will also be required to develop a mechanism for informing the Aged Care Integration Unit and ACATs in NSW of the primary issues of each stakeholder group.

It is anticipated that the initial tools and stakeholder consultation processes will be repeated three times, over a 4 year period to allow for comparison of baseline data and to measure improvements in satisfaction and knowledge of stakeholder groups across NSW.
