The aim of the Review is to identify and recommend short-term and long-term strategies for reform of community health services in NSW. In doing so, the review will examine the existing community health clinical and management structures, linkages to other community based health providers as well as other parts of the health system, national and international models of community health service delivery and make recommendations for enhancing future service delivery.
