The supply of Eye Prosthesis (Artificial Eyes) for clients of South Eastern Sydney Illawarra Area Health Service (SESIAHS). Prosthesis shall be made to measure and manufactured from therapeutically approved materials. All work shall be unconditionally guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Laboratory visits including cleaning, polishing and adjustments shall be provided at no charge.
